Release Fear, Guilt & Blame Visualization Exercise


Take a deep breath, close your eyes and relax, releasing any tension from your mind and body.
When you feel sufficiently relaxed, visualize, imagine or feel the place or places in your body where you feel fear, guilt, blame, resentment, or non-forgiveness being stored. 
Now visualize, imagine or feel a healing color that goes directly to the area in your body where you feel the most discomfort from these lower vibratory emotions. It can be any color. Use the first colour that comes to mind.
When you are ready, visualize, imagine or feel this healing colour cloaking the areas in your body where these negative emotions are stored, penetrating them fully. And as it does so, you imagine or feel the lower vibratory emotions being completely absorbed by this wonderful healing colour. 
You don’t need to remember why you have these emotions stored there. It doesn’t matter. They are there and you are ready to release them. 
You release any harm that was ever done to you, simply by holding the knowing that it is automatically and naturally being released. You allow the releasing to continue, until you feel a shift in your energy; a shift in your vibration. You'll know it when you feel it.
When the healing colour has completely absorbed all of the lower vibratory emotions being held there, you feel the healing colour penetrating and completely filling this area, filling up the space that once held these emotions.

When you feel complete, release that image and spend a moment in forgiveness and forgive yourself; forgive yourself for holding on to these feelings. Forgive yourself for anything for which you feel you need to forgive yourself.
Complete the exercise by feeling gratitude and appreciation for the release of these emotions, and open your eyes when you are ready.
